Prices & Reservations

Rates start at $89 per night – although we often run specials, so it is always worth enquiring. We can also offer better rates for longer stays.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash. Debit cards will soon be accepted.

Reservations
Please contact us by one of the means shown opposite. No money will be taken from your card until your date of leaving us.

Arrival and check-in times
Check-in is 4-7pm Pacific Time. Outside of these hours is possible by prior arrangement, and we will do whatever we can to look after you. This might include checking you in early or late, storing your baggage, or perhaps just giving you access to our private (free) parking if that’s what you wish.

Cancellation Policy
Changes in plans do occur, and we realize that you may need to cancel your booking. If you call to cancel within 48 hours of your arrival time (4pm on your due date), there will be no charge. However, a reservation for you usually means that we will have to turn away others. Therefore, we will deduct the cost of one night’s stay if you do not give us this 48 hours' notice - please note that this is far more flexible than most accommodation in Nelson.

For multiple day bookings (5 nights and over), cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the entire booking. We recommend insurance to cover unforeseen changes in your travel plans.
